4 tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 green tipped bananas, peeled and sliced
lengthwise
Instructions:
Melt
margarine in skillet with brown sugar,
orange juice and cinnamon. Cook over
medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add
banana slices. Stir and cook over medium
high heat for four to five minutes until
bananas are golden and liquid is almost
caramelized. Serve immediately.
