One 9-inch Our Family deep dish pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup frozen chopped onions
1 and 1/2 cups frozen Our Family broccoli and cauliflower blend, thawed and drained
1 cup Our Family shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie crust in oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven, if dough has puffed up lightly press down. Set crust aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle frozen vegetables over pie crust, sprinkle with shredded cheese, pour in egg/milk mixture.
Bake 15 minutes, reduce oven temp to 350 and bake an additional 30 minutes or until filling has set.
